Lost administrator passwd in XP?

Trouble:
Lost admin passwd, there is not another user account in XP. So, It's not possible to enter Safe mode. You don't have any XP setup CD. You can't access SAM file. 

Shooting:

1. Take breath deeply, It's not big problem. Calm down.
2. Download bootable CD image cd100627.zip in http://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/bootdisk.html
3. Make bootable CD using IMGBurn or nero. et al
4. Carefully watch video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ssgRinscepY 
5. follow instruction one by one without any fear. You mistake? don't worry, It's not harmful your system.
6. If your administrator account is locked, first of all you have to unlock your administrator account.
